Cool Classics: 9 Classic Chevrolet Trucks Reach 6 Figures

Classic vintage Chevrolet pickup trucks are receiving growing interest among car enthusiasts. The most collectible muscle cars are numbers-matching survivors; the most sought-after vintage trucks are full custom builds.

Classic Car Overview

Nice 1973 Ford F100. Comes with the original Bill of Sale. Power assisted brakes. Power steering. In June 2018/2017, professionally rebuilt 390 FE big block with rebuilt C6 automatic trans. Runs great and strong. Just had roof painted white. Brand new windshield. New Good Year Wrangler tires. Has NEW (2017 to 2018): Holly 2 BBL carb, dual exhaust, core support, shocks, front coil springs, water pump, radiator, battery, alternator, ignition coil, all brakes, electronic distributor, front suspension completely rebuilt. Floor boards and cab corners good.

Included a few pictures to show how far I had the front end worked on to include replacing the core support. I spent a lot on money to get the hard stuff done with this truck.  Very good solid driving truck.  Since August 2018,  I drive the truck 3 to 5 times a month, usually to go Lowe's.  My trip to Lowe's is about 40 minutes each way and the it drives very good.  The auto trans shifts itself nicely.  There is a little drip of trans fluid when I leave it parked in garage .  If I keep the truck I will probably have someone figure out the trans fluid drip. I have NOT noted any oil drips.

Selling truck "as is" at this price.  Hard stuff done with truck, just need to do the cosmetic stuff (carpet, headliner, seat upholstery,  dash, etc) now inside cab.  I added a few picture of the current interior.  I have a couple items for interior of the interior of the cab such as the a dash board over.  The dash cover I bought is the wrong light blue so I would paint it black if I end up not selling the truck.

As I have been getting some interest in the truck, I figure I will try to get more info (good & bad) in this ad.  Currently heat & A/C is not installed. When front end and motor/trans work was done, we never re-installed it.  I have the parts but was thinking about upgrading to a Vintage Air/Heat system when I was going to do the cab interior.    Parking brake currently does not work.  I have the part to fix it.
