Parts recently replaced include the lower ball joint, idler arm, tongue bushing, trailing arm bushings, rear shocks, power steering control valve, pinion seal, and additional related components.

Over the years, the previous owners completed numerous upgrades and repairs. The front bumper was replaced with fiberglass, and the entire car was repainted. Interior updates include seat covers, door panels, and carpet. Mechanical work completed over time includes upper and lower control arm bushings, front shocks, core support, radiator, fuel pump, starter, and many other maintenance items.

The 1973 model year is a one-year-only body design and marked the final year of the chrome rear bumper Corvette, with rubber bumpers introduced in 1974. This year also eliminated the vacuum-operated wiper door in favor of a longer hood to conceal the wipers, and the removable rear window was replaced with a fixed, glue-in rear glass.
