1972 Mercedes Benz 350SL with 60 k original miles ( this is not a 450sl)! Euro model with the high performance 3.5 light weight V8 vin # 107043 (450sl vins start 107044) An early production car brought to California in early 70s euro headlights and bumpers Blue with blue top and mb text blue seats ( original factory material) Some body panels have been repainted however mostly original . This car is a super early production model with no headrests and no power windows however it is equipped with ac ( not working) I had the entire front subframe dropped powder coated and every component of the front and rear suspension replaced with new factory parts The steering box was rebuilt The fuel injectors were rebuilt ( original) New fuel pump New fuel distributer ( I kept the original 3.5) fuel injection system New Eng mounts transmission mounts Rear and mounts talking arms New discs New calipers New fuel hoses New brake booster New shocks all around New tires Restored alloy wheels New German top Original radio works Early 1970 speakers work Hand made French Burl wood center console ( specially crafted) Car runs and behaves like it rolled out of the show room tight and hungry to pounce.
