The first- generation Monte Carlo came standard with a 350ci V-8 with an optional 400 or 454s on the SS models were available. General Motors had great success with the early Monte Carlo due to its stunning good looks and luxurious appeal. Many high-end options and trim packages were available making the Monte Carlo an appealing mid-size option in the two-door market.This 1972 Chevrolet Monte Carlo is painted in Green Mist with a black vinyl roof.
