This engine runs strong while still remaining great fuel economy and street manners. The real fun is the 6 speed manual transmission. It features upgraded shift forks, new LS7 clutch, and B&M shifter. A custom aluminum driveshaft connects to the rearend with an Auburn posi differential and 3.42:1 gears. The American Racing Torq Thrust II wheels look great and are wrapped in Nitto 555R tires. Inside the wheels are giant 14 Wilwood rotors and 6 piston calipers. Underneath this Monte Carlo is almost the entire UMI Suspension catalog. Tubular upper and lower control arms, 1.25 front sway bar, 2 lowering springs, Bilstien shocks, boxed rear upper and lower control arms, and more. The exterior black paint has a great shine and has amazing attention to detail. The interior has had every piece either replaced or re-upholstered from the dash to door panels, carpet to headliner. A Dakota digital dash cluster was install to keep the driver informed. Every piece of this car has been touched in some way.
