Vehicle Overview

Car has been garaged and exterior maintained well. Convertible with soft top in great condition with body color matching hard top. Vehicle was in storage for many years so associated aging has occurred from long-term sitting. Car has mainly been used for parades and car shows...has an awesome roar! With a bit of TLC, this car will be immaculate again in no time.
NOTE: This was my dad's hobby car and it was in storage for many years after he passed away. I inherited it and have been slowly refurbishing it as my time allowed.

Mechanical

Engine is in good condition. Starts quickly. Replaced engine gaskets and seals. Replaced brake system recently. Hydraulics (lights) react slowly but do function...may need attention soon.

Exterior

Paint and Body are in good shape and with few blemishes. Wheels are in ok condition with a few corosion spots from extended storage periods. Raised letter tires are new. Carpet has been wet from leaks while in storage so it had a mildewed look, so it will need replacement or thorough steam cleaning. Door locks do not function properly so they would need attention. Taillight bulbs have intermittently functioned, so they may need attention soon also.

Interior

Interior is generally in good condition. Leather seats have no damage or tears. Small crack on dashboard top. Radio does not function. HVAC blower fan does not function. Needs AC compressor. Heat does work and radiates out without fan.

Per the questions… The car needs a compressor. It has an automatic transmission. It does not have rust; it has been garaged for the majority of its life.
