Classic Car Overview

This vehicle is on consignment with Rare Rides Company and located in Mooresville, NC

HIGHLIGHTS: Survivor car! Just one owner since new! Offered for sale for the first time since 1972! Numbers-matching survivor with known history since new!

BODY OVERVIEW: The body on this 1972 Chevrolet Corvette is in impressive original condition! With is said to be 91,000 actual miles on this unrestored car, it is looking pretty good for 50 years old! Though this car has received a repaint in the past, even from the underside it is clear that this car has been loved since day one.

PAINT CONDITION OVERVIEW: Originally finished in silver, this Corvette received a repaint and a color change many years ago under its current, original owner. It currently presents in excellent driver condition, though there are some minor nicks and scratches as shown in the photos that are typical for an older paint job.

INTERIOR CONDITION OVERVIEW: The interior appears to be the original black vinyl that is looking surprisingly good for its age! Though some wear is expected, the interior presents quite nicely. The seat condition coupled with the very presentable plastic and dash conditions shows the care this car has received by its original owner over the years. This car has been loved!

MECHANICAL OVERVIEW: Under the hood sits the original Chevrolet 350V8 mated to a TH400 3-speed automatic transmission. This Corvette runs like a champ! Worthwhile upgrades include Mallory electronic ignition, an aluminum intake manifold, an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, and a new exhaust system complete with O2 sensors for the aftermarket MSD modern fuel injection system. Talk about a car built to be driven!

WHAT YOULL LOVE ABOUT THIS CAR: The overall originality and known ownership history! This is a car you just dont see with this kind of history anymore.

WHAT YOU MIGHT HATE ABOUT THIS CAR: Though this Corvette remains unrestored
