Here we have a 1972 Chevrolet Caprice for sale. This Chevy is a two door coupe that is done in the factory color combos and is a beautiful example. It has one of the straightest bodies that we have ever seen in this body style. Down the sides or arrow straight and all the body lines flow seamlessly from front to back. This Caprice is showcased in the tuxedo black paint that was redone in base coat clear coat at the time of restoration. Youll notice that the paint has been cut above and polished to a mirror finish thats slick as a ribbon. The black is accented rather than black vinyl top that has also been redone in the factory style. This 72 features lower body molding and side molding along with having the wheel opening molding as well. It has rear Fender skirts that have a great fit and finish. Both the front and rear bumpers are in beautiful condition as well and we can say that it has front & rear bumper guards. All the glass is beautiful as well along with the seals and weather strip. To finish off the look its sitting on factory style wheels with white line tires. Next, well look at the interior of this 72. On the inside it has all been kept in the factory style and looks to be mostly original. Its done in the black color scheme with wood grain accents that flows beautifully with the exterior. Looking at the door panels we can see they are in excellent condition, from the armrest to the handles and we can also see that its got a remote driver mirror. The seats are done in the factory style with cloth and vinyl combo. It has front and rear bench seats with the front having the split back option. The headliner and carpet are both in great condition for their age along with the seal plates. Looking at the dash we can see that it is in phenomenal condition as well and that all the wood grain accents are beautiful. It has the factory gauges that are working as they should and has the factory radio. This Caprice also has the factory steering wheel along with having the tilt wheel option. Inside the trunk is beautiful and still features the factory splatter paint and its detailed out with the correct spare and Jack. Finally, we will get to the heartbeat of this Chevrolet. Under the hood we can see everything is detailed out beautifully. The inner fenders and firewall are all rock solid and are a testament to how well this car has been cared for over the years. The power comes from the 350 GM Crate Motor that set up with the factory style 2 Barrel intake and Rochester 2 Barrel Carb. Its dressed out in the factory style with painted valve covers and correct air cleaner. This Caprice comes equipped with Power Steering and Power Brakes that feature Disc Brakes on the front We can also see that this care was factory optioned with Air Conditioning with everything appearing to be there. It has not been upgraded and we have not charged the system. The 350 V8 is mated to the 350 Turbo Transmission and the factory 10 Bolt Rear End. When we look under this Caprice we can see that the floors and frame are in excellent condition. The floor pans all look to be original and rock solid. The frame shows no signs of abuse or major accidents. A new gas tank has been installed and all the suspension is in great condition as well. On the highway this Chevy runs and drives great with the transmission shifting smoothly and great performance of the 350 V8.
