Classic Car Overview

Rare & stylish Buick Opel GT with automatic transmission and air conditioning! All original A/C components in place but is not functioning. Purchased in 1985, and I am the second owner. I have original warranty paperwork from the first owner, along with the original owner's manual and my purchase paperwork. Odometer has not rolled over and documentation of mileage can be provided. Under my ownership only 10K miles have been put on car. It has been kept in garage/shop every day since 1993. Transmission failed in 2006 and was not rebuilt/reinstalled until 2023. Speedometer/Odometer stopped working at time of transmission removal for rebuild and suspect a disconnected cable. Car was only ever actively driven by me between 1985-1990. Car was barely driven after '90 and last licensing renewal was in 2006. We have been preparing to sell for the past two years and have done the following: Installed new battery, new Weber carburetor, replaced entire brake system, new tires and reinstalled beauty rings which had been in storage. Car has not been professionally detailed because we just want to be done working on it. I have retained parts, and repair/maintenance records. Purchased a set of original replacement dashboard gauges off EBay but as mentioned did not install and will include with sale. Here are the known imperfections/damages: Scratch on windshield, newer carpet needs some final securing, upholstery work needed as shown in photos, ashtray needs to be re-installed (have all parts), dents on rear side window trim from vandalism in 1988, driver door panel is loose and needs to be re-secured. Headlight rotation works but needs lubrication and adjustment. Car runs very smoothly and we have only driven it around the block a few times for testing while new carburetor was being adjusted. Located north of Seattle. Have clean title in hand and will provide VIN and documentation for serious inquiries.
