Classic Jeepster Commando V6 auto transition with only 115,000 original miles. Original owner purchased from Johnston Jeep in Riverside CA. We purchased from original owner in1982. Its been in dry, arid Riverside county its entire life. Pressure washed and undercoated in 1982. Solid, rust free. Runs , drives and 4 wheeling all functunial.
Original equipment includes V6, auto transmission, limited slip rearend. Factory options include sliding rear window, chrome roof rack. Additional equipment includes wheels, tires, Jeep style reclining,high back front bucket seats and rear spare tire carrier.
Lots of originality. All original glass including windshield and headlights, original headliner, interior plastics, door coverings and original markings under the hood on firewall when it was built.
New paint and carpet in1994, paint stills shines, shows its age with normal wear.
This Jeep is no barn find or a trailer queen. For over 50 years it has been driven and enjoyed, cared for and maintained. It has been licensed and insured and kept in a garage for most of that time.
