1988-1992 Chevrolet Camaro 1LE: The Original Factory Racer

With all the hoopla surrounding the new Camaro 1LE, let's look back at the original.

Classic Car Overview

This car had a complete restoration. All body bushings were replaced with urethane bushing. I had a 4 core radiator replace the stock one. Motor was built, port and polished, roller rockers and cam. Transmission: turbo 350 with 2500 stall and full manual valve body.

Body work- All done in lead, no bondo.

Interior- Wood grain door panels and instrument panel. Black and white original houndstooth material on the seats. I have part of a roll left.

I have 2 hoods. Both are painted to match the car and can be switched in 20 minutes. One good is stock and the other is I-cal induction.

This car lives in a heated and cooled shop with a cover on it. If you take the time to test it you will take it home.
