Classic Car Overview
This highly customized one-off C10 was completed in 2017 as a 1971 C10 built with a custom 1968 front end.The reverse-tilt hood is operated via an electronic lift system and opens with the push of a button. It has seen some extensive drivetrain modifications, and now features a 330hp Mutha-Thumper-filled 350ci 8-cylinder engine backed by a 4-speed manual transmission, coilover rear suspension and 4-wheel power disc brakes. The body has also been heavily modified, as the cab has been stretched 6 inches, the B-pillars have been moved 2 inches forward and the cab has been fused to the bed for a completely unique look. The body is channeled over an '83 Chevy S10 frame and sports a ducted hood and fused tailgate, which both give it a unique look. The extensive bodywork is covered in PPG black over silver with several coats of clear. The interior has been finished in red paint and bright red Corvette vinyl upholstery. The instrument panel moved to the center.
