This 71 Blazer has recently undergone a complete frame off restoration with only 3 miles on the odometer since completion. The restoration was done by S&S Auto Body in Clarence NY. We have seen a hand full of their restorations/ builds, and they do phenomenal work! This Blazer is no exception! Just to start off, this truck was fully stripped down with every nut and bolt removed! The body has been fitted with all new sheet metal and is finished in a top quality Ochre Yellow paint job with a deep, high gloss finish! A stunning color on this truck. Take a close look at all the chrome/ stainless brightwork, everything is in like new condition as it has all been replaced and or refinished. The windshield, front glass, and front vent window glass have also been replaced. All new lighting surrounds the vehicle as well. You get this idea... everything is new! A set of Cooper discover all terrain tires are wrapped around the factory steel wheels that have been refinished in silver giving it that stock, yet offroad capable look! The removable hard top has been refinished in a durable black coating and contrasts with the ochre paint whilst pairing with the black vinyl interior! Before getting to the interior, well talk about what powers this beast. Under the hood is a new LS3 crate motor paired with a 6L80 6-speed automatic transmission and a dual range transfer case with manual hub lockers! With power steering and power disk brakes all around, along with the modern fuel injected power plant, this truck is a breeze to just hop in and drive! A Spectre cold are intake feeds the motor, and a true dual exhaust gives it that rumble youre looking for! The black vinyl interior carries the Orche Yellow paint to the dashboard and door panels! A small can of extra paint is included with the vehicle in case it is ever needed in the future. The black vinyl seats have been refinished, and new door panels have been installed. They each carry beautiful embossment throughout, giving that classic 70s flare! The front has a bucket seat center consol layout, and a full-sized bench seat is in the rear. The passenger seat flips forward in order to easily access the rear seat area. The carpet, dash pad, sun visors, you name it, are also new and as clean as you would expect! Taking a closer look at the dashboard you will see a nice set of aftermarket gauges with a dark stainless brushed face displaying your vitals such as MPH, RPM, fuel level, temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. In the center of the dashboard, you will see the Vintage Air control panel cleanly mounted in replacement of the outdated factory climate control system! What makes this vehicle even more impressive is the condition of the undercarriage! Like Ive said before, not a nut or bolt has gone untouched during the restoration of this truck. With the height at which this truck sits, it is important that the undercarriage looks as nice as the rest of the truck, and it certainly does! Starting at the front you will quickly see all components have been beautifully finished in black with all new steering components hardware, bushings, ball joints, etc... everything! The chrome diff cover and white dual steering stabilizers stand out even when viewing from afar! Throughout the rest of the undercarriage, you will see the same... new body mounts, hardware, springs, shocks, exhaust, fuel tank/ fuel system, brake lines, it goes on and on! This truck has been meticulously restored and is without a doubt one of the cleanest blazers you will find! Truly in like new condition...as it practically is! Just look and you can tell that this vehicle was very well cared for by its owners and kept in show condition!
