1971 Chevrolet Blazer 4WD 2-Door
Truck Car for sale in Navarre, Florida 32566
From around 1956 until the mid 1980s, Dodge, Plymouth and even Chrysler squads were the most ubiquitous police cars in North America. In fact, the biggest department, the NYPD, used Plymouth and Dodge squads almost exclusively until the rear-drive M body car was finally axed in 1989.
The no-frills Savoy two-door sedan was home to another engine of considerable repute, the infamous 413 Max Wedge, a Super Stock monster block Chrysler introduced in the spring of 1962.
Classic Car Overview
1971 K5 blazer less than 100 miles since a full rotisserie restoration. This blazer turns heads and everyone stops to talk to you when out and about. This frame off rotisserie restored 1971 Blazer is finished in factory correct Ochre over a black interior. Not only does this Blazer look incredible, but it’s pleasant to drive as well. With an upgraded set of options including power steering, power brakes, and a Holley Sniper EFI system - you’ve not seen one prepared this well in quite some time, so jump on it before she’s gone.
Less than 1000 miles since complete restoration.
This is like a time capsule that can be your everyday driver. No expense spared in this restoration and she looks like she rolled off the factory floor in 1971! Extremely straight body panels. An undercarriage you could eat off of! Everything is completely clean and she’s a head turner. The only issue you will have is trying to avoid all of the people asking you questions about your beautiful new truck. Even when I drive her to the supermarket, I am stopped by most people that pass by wanting to look under her hood.
Completely rebuilt 350 engine and matching turbo 350 transmission. No expense spared. I included a zoomed photo showing the replaced weather stripping and the fit and you can see rubber on front and back, no gaps visible! Details like this set her apart from all of the lower cost blazers you see at some of the larger shops
Automatic and she shifts smooth as butter!
Horn, lights, wipers, etc all work with the exception of the AM radio. It was left in for authenticity and besides, what real man needs music when you are sitting on top of this powerhouse 350 rumbling down the street! She truly looks like she is sitting on the showroom floor in 1971! A real beauty!
I had a professional inspector check the body for filler and they found none!
I even added a photo of an appraisal I had done last year when I thought of selling. Take a look, and buy her for less than appraised value! Can’t ask for a better deal than that.
Call or text Tom at 704-497-4777 with any questions or if you would like additional pictures. I need this beauty to find a home where someone will love her as much as I do. .
