Classic Car Overview
This 1970 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 was delivered new in California and was acquired by a New Hampshire collector in June 2014, after which it underwent cosmetic and mechanical refurbishment. Corrosion repair was performed, and the exterior was refinished in white, the 3.9-liter inline-six was refreshed, the suspension and brake systems were overhauled, and the steel wheels were refurbished, and replacement Toyo tires were mounted.
(Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission with a two-speed transfer case).
Additional equipment includes a PerTronix ignition, a roof rack, dual side mirrors, a heater, and side-facing rear seats.
