Optional equipment from the factory includes Bumper Horns F/R, Exterior Mirror- Right, Light Metal Wheels, Sport Seats L/R, 911S Instruments, 911S Oil Tank, Tinted Glass All Around, Noise Suppression. The Bahia Red paintwork is in immaculate condition with perfect gaps and panel fit. Originally imported new by Pons Automobielhandel in Amersfoort, Netherlands to a WWII US Army Air Force veteran on March 13, 1970, with 14,xxx kilometers on the odometer. #2425 was then shipped to University Porsche Audi in Seattle, Washington, and remained with the first owner for approximately four (4) decades. Spending many of the later years in storage, a refurbishment was carried out between 2009 and 2011 to return the 911 to the road. On November 13, 2009, at 39,110 kilometers, Chris Car Service, in Washington replaced the fuel lines, ignition points, air filters, throttle linkage, performed a valve adjustment, brake work, adjusted the distributor, and replaced the windshield, which totaled to $5,459.46. In 2011, the second owner, Mr. Andersen, purchased the 911T and had Squire Autowerke in Bellevue, Washington update the chain tensioners, replace chain guides, reseal the thermostat, replace output shaft seals, replace mains shaft seals, and installed a new clutch which totaled to $5,975.42. The third owner purchased the car in 2012 and commissioned Jims Restoration in Sheridan, Colorado to perform a bare-metal repaint in the factory color of Bahia Red. Shortly thereafter, SSI heat exchangers and a new Dansk muffler were fitted in 2013, and new Bilstein shocks were installed in 2016. Most recently, a service in March 2020 included changing the oil and adjusting the valves. Due to the incredibly low mileage and light use, the upholstery remains in excellent original condition with VDO instrumentation, deluxe butterfly horn ring and an AM/FM Blue Dot Blaupunkt radio. The 6 x 15 Fuch alloy wheels (date coded 10/69) are in original condition with Michelin Pilot Exalto 195 65 HR 15 tires. Areas that still exhibit original paint are the door jambs and underside of the front hood. The undercarriage is incredibly dry and rust-free with factory undercoat and all original floor pans and front suspension. Powered by its matching 2.2L flat-six engine that runs incredibly strong paired to its matching 5-speed manual transmission and four-wheel disc brakes. Complete with its original maintenance booklet, two keys, owners manual, tool kit, Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, and invoices dating back to 2009. A very rare opportunity to acquire an extremely low-mileage and well-taken care of 911T offered in its original color combination.
