This example is numbers matching throughout engine, transmission, and colors and comes with excellent documentation including two broadcast sheets, the original window sticker, and the fender tag. Finished in its factory Rallye Red with correct Duster stripes, the body is arrow-straight and polished to a mirror finish. Chrome, trim, vinyl top, and glass have all been restored to show quality standards. It sits on factory 14-inch Rallye wheels wrapped in reproduction Goodyear tires for an authentic factory appearance. The interior presents as new from top to bottom. Seats, door panels, and headliner have been properly restored, the dash and gauge cluster are pristine, and even the steering wheel shows no wear. Every detail has been carefully attended to, creating a factory-correct presentation throughout the cabin. Under the hood, the original VIN-stamped 340 cubic inch V8 remains in place, rated at 275 horsepower and 340 lb-ft of torque. The original carburetor is included, while a newer Demon with electric choke is currently installed. Power is delivered through its numbers-matching 727 Torqueflite automatic transmission to the correct 8 rear end with 3.23 gears. The trunk is as clean as the rest of the car, finished in Rallye Red with correct mat, restored jack assembly, spare tire, and new weatherstripping. The underside is equally impressive, showing rust-free floors, rebuilt suspension with heavy-duty components, front disc brakes, correct dual exhaust with chrome tips, and attention to detail throughout. This Duster is a documented, award-winning restoration that represents the model at its very best.
