Classic Car Overview

Gateway Classic Cars Tampa Showroom is proud to digitally present this rare 1970 Plymouth Cuda. You hear about the these you seen them on tv but you rarely see one come up for sale. Some would say the 1970 Plymouth Cuda is the high water mark for 70s muscle. This specific Cuda has been in its current owners care for over two decades and was recently resprayed in its original Sand Pebble Beige (BL1) with black stripes (V6X). In 1970 a little less than 19000 hardtop Cudas were made compared to over 120000 Camaros. However only 566 units were adorned in gorgeous Sand Pebble making this a rare color combo. The owner has a file folder to go with the car including the all important Broadcast sheet. This is a H code E55 340/275hp engine (2780930-340-5) sitting under the hood and connected to the legendary 727 torqueflite trans (D32). The owner has updated to front disc brakes and added an Edelbrock carb. Full disclosure - she needs a little tuning and few things do not work i.e. the radio horn and blower motor. However nothing looks like or draws attention like a 70 Cuda and this unicorn is sitting in all its glory on our showroom floor. Mopar enthusiasts line up!
