Given that the 21st century has seen a sort of return to the roots aspect for the Mustang, it was probably only a matter of time before the Boss 302 made a return. Over the last few years there's been steady and growing interest in the concept of a new-age Trans Am Special.
Jim Clarke led the charge with the creation of the 5.0 HO V8 for the Mustang in 1982 and was responsible for the continuous improvement of the 5.0 throughout the '80s. What Jim and his team accomplished is truly amazing.

There we 79,000 Miles on the odometer when she underwent her extensive and meticulous restoration process. The restoration was completed by (AL) in spring of 91 when he was able to claim several car show placings. The next year the car claimed quite a few more 1st and 2nd place victories. Estimation the previous owner states that over 1350 Work Hours have been put into the refreshment of this classic Boss. After a long stint in Colorado, the car was purchased by my uncle in the Mid 90's. My uncle loved and cherished this car until his recent passing. Although the family has enjoyed this car for the last twenty years, it is time to let a new owner enjoy this Grabber Orange beauty. Currently the car has 94,551 miles. This car remains safely covered in the garage waiting for its new owner. MARTI report included. The car does have a very minimal blemish (Buffable) as well as two "small dings" in the right rear quarter. We feel it best to allow the new owner to pay attention to these as they deem necessary. This is a 99% show capable winning car and daily driver in one. The car starts immediately, the undercarriage is nearly flawless, all stickers, tags and markings were brought back to recreate the original factory specs of this Boss. The Engine bay is outstanding, rock chips on the Grabber Orange paint are non-existent. More pictures available upon request.
