Interior lights are actuated by door switches but can be manually turned on with a switch on each light. A 200 watt, 6-speaker stereo with USB port and blue tooth for music or hands-free cell phone calls is installed. The stereo has been wired for future sub-woofer installation under rear seat. A new dash top has been installed that matches the original style. A padded locking center console conceals the stereo and provides additional locked storage. There are two adjustable cup holders in front of the console. Shoulder harnesses with belt retractors have been installed for both front seats and two seat belts are installed for the rear seat. A padded 2 steel roll bar is installed securely through the floor and attached with plates and bolts in four places. Sound insulation is installed below the carpet on the floor and wheel wells and behind the headliner on the roof. New carpet has been installed front and rear with a full Bronco floor mat in front. A tachometer is added that is the same style as the speedometer. The speedometer has been disassembled, cleaned and needles repainted to look like new. The speedometer is reasonably accurate. All gauges and dash lights are working. The heater and defroster have been rebuilt with hoses replaced and are fully functional as are the windshield washer and electric wipers. Emergency flashers are fully functional. Horn is fully functional. Parking brake is fully functional. New steel floor pans have been installed on driver and passenger sides. New vinyl high top front seats that recline and move forward and backward have replaced the dilapidated low back original seats. The rear seat has been professionally reupholstered with heavy vinyl. All interior panels have been replaced with original Bronco style vinyl panels. The headliner has been covered with matching black vinyl replacing the original Bronco cardboard headliner. Door windows are fully functional and roll up and down with minimal effort. The original VIN plate is located on the glove compartment door. This Bronco was originally powered by a 302 V8 and had a 4-speed manual transmission with column shifter as indicated by the VIN plate. The boss on the steering column has been removed filled and painted and is no longer visible.
Engine: Ford 351W SEFI (Sequential Electronic Fuel Injection) believed to be 1993 or 1994. The installation of this 351W engine with the TrickFlow intake manifold necessitated the 3 body lift to provide clearance between the engine and the hood. The engine starts and runs well and runs at thermostat temperature (180 degrees) and does not burn oil. A thermostatically controlled electric fan provides cooling for the radiator.
TrickFlow intake manifold and multi-port fuel injection system has been added
Edelbrock throttle body with mass flow sensor and intake air control valve with K&N air cleaner (spare air cleaner is included)
Dual exhaust with new Flowmaster mufflers installed each side next to frame to maximize ground clearance.
Oxygen sensors are installed in the headers and are part of the engine control system.
A fuel pump external to the 23-gallon tank is wired with a safety inertia shutoff switch (shuts off fuel pump in event of serious accident or roll over). The inertia switch is located under the front passenger seat and can be easily accessed for reset if ever needed.
A locking black Billet aluminum gas cap with a custom fairing to the fender for the gas inlet.
Ford Electronic Engine Control (EEC) is shock mount installed behind the center BRONCO console under the dash
A new battery (750 CCA) has been installed.
Transmission: Ford C-4 three speed automatic transmission that shifts well with fully functional kick down on hard acceleration. An external transmission cooler is installed behind the grill in the front valence.
Axles and Suspension: Ford 9 large bolt rear axle 4.11:1 ratio. Dana 44 front axle 4,10:1 ratio with axle bridge reinforcement and differential rock guard with new manual hubs. Heavy duty springs front and rear, dual shocks front and rear, steering shock absorber, drop pitman arm to eliminate bump steer resulting from suspension lift. New power disc brakes front and rear. Power steering with low ratio box. All polyurethane bushings have recently been replaced for the front axle, track bar and trailing arms followed by a professional 4-wheel alignment including shims for correct front wheel camber.
Transfer case and shifters: Dana 20 transfer case, J shifter type. B&M ratchet shifter for transmission with lighted gear indication and fully functional neutral safety switch and back up lights.
Wheels and Tires: 17 FUEL black alloy wheels with new Goodyear Territory MT 315-70-R17 tires (34.5 diameter)
Ancillary Items: High lift jack with star lug wrench stored under rear seat strapped to floor with quantity-4 wheel chocks that are essential for safe bumper jacking due to the 5 lift and large tires on this Bronco.
Additional items included: Four 15 X 8 chrome wheels, hubs and chrome lug nuts with 33 tires that still have useful tread. Polished stainless steel nerf bars with mounting kit. Spare light bulbs, wiper blades, fuel tank filler hose and roof gaskets are available if desired.
