Classic Car Overview

The red paint is an upgrade later in life from the original Code 17 Shadow Gray. Its clean, comprehensive, and sleek with just the right touches of age for a well-respected classic. And these hardtops always look good with an extra hint of boldness. And the full package is attractive with clean glass, good rubber, and bright chrome bumpers that love to hug the coupes form. The whole exterior gives a very vintage impression, right down to the rally wheels. And we really like how the black streak in the rocker trim coordinates with the well-fitting black vinyl roof. It just shows that this Monte Carlo revels in the look of a true classic thats truly premium.
The black vinyl top outside is also a preview of the full black interior. We love the details, like how the texture of the seats matches the door panels. This one is meant to be driven. Front bucket seats, a desirable center console with horseshoe shifter, factory tach, and a grippy steering wheel are there to make you love getting on the open road.
Under the hood is the 400 cubic inch V8. It is the correct spec for the car, and the correct casting date makes us believe it is most likely original to the car, but without a VIN on it, we cant be 100% sure. But more than just history is what makes this one attractive. Its an upgraded package, now with a Holley four-barrel carburetor replacing the original 2barrel, an Edelbrock intake, Moroso valve covers, and headers feeding the dual exhaust.
