1970 Chevrolet Custom

This 1970 Chevrolet C10 Custom Sport pickup was purchased by the seller in 2010, and subsequent refurbishment work has included repainting the body in black as well as rebuilding the 350ci V8, which is linked to a three-speed automatic transmission and a 12-bolt rear end. Inside, the bucket seats and center console are trimmed in black and accompanied by a cassette stereo unit and air conditioning. Additional equipment includes an Edelbrock carburetor, coated exhaust headers, power-assisted front disc brakes, rear leaf springs, and 15 polished Centerline wheels. This CST/10 short-bed pickup is now offered with a clean Arizona title in the sellers name.

Originally green and white, the body was refinished in black under current ownership. Details include woodgrain lower body moldings, chrome tailgate-letter inserts, dual exhaust outlets, and CST badging. The seller states the wood bed floor was coated with varnish in 2015.

The 15 polished Centerline wheels are mounted with 235/75 Provider Entrada H/T tires. The truck rides on leaf springs out back along with coil springs up front, and it is equipped with power steering. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums with a CPP master cylinder and distribution block.

The cab houses bucket seats trimmed in black cloth along with coordinated door panels with woodgrain accents. Interior appointments include a center console, a cassette stereo, and air conditioning.

The two-spoke steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer and gauges for amperage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 94k miles, approximately 6k of which were added under current ownership.

The 350ci V8 was rebuilt in 2019 according to the seller, and it is topped with an aluminum intake manifold and an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor. It is also equipped with an HEI distributor, and coated headers feed into a dual exhaust system.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a three-speed Turbo Hydramatic automatic transmission and a 12-bolt rear axle.
