GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this striking 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu for your consideration. Finished in a head-turning Electron Blue Metallic with painted Cortez Silver stripes over a clean Black interior, this Chevelle has been meticulously cared for and tastefully upgraded. Power comes from a freshly rebuilt 468 cubic inch V8 (rebuilt recently with roughly 5,000 miles since) paired with a freshly rebuilt 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission featuring a manual valve body at 67,000 miles and a 3.73 Traction Lock rear end. Performance upgrades include AFR aluminum heads, Hedman headers, an aluminum water pump and radiator, Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes, a torque converter with a 3,200 RPM stall, tubular suspension, and a Pypes exhaust system. Additional features include Vintage Air conditioning, power steering and brakes, a functional SS cowl induction hood with hood pins, B&M shifter, Bluetooth handsfree aftermarket Chevrolet stereo, Sunpro super tach, Melling oil pump, a custom removable suede trunk panel, and the original window sticker. Numerous receipts/dated documentation detailing the build and maintenance accompany the vehicle. Drive this one out of our showroom or have us assist with shipping it to you anywhere in the United States! Dont hesitate to call us with any questions or for more information.
The 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle marked one of the high points of the muscle car era, offering bold styling and serious performance to match. As part of the second generation of Chevelles, the 1970 models featured more aggressive front and rear styling, quad headlights, and a wider stance. The Malibu trim level served as the base for many performance-oriented builds, especially when equipped with big-block V8s. With the addition of SS cues like the cowl induction hood and racing stripes, the Chevelle has become one of the most iconic American muscle cars of the era synonymous with raw power and street presence.
