Classic Car Overview
Restored 1969 with 31k miles.
Located in western Washington in
Pierce County.
We purchased this about 17 years ago and it had been restored by prior owner. We only used it as a showpiece at our business so it has been stored in a climate controlled environment since we bought it.
The brakes did not work when we bought it and since we were not putting on the road we did not make any repairs. When we moved it a few months ago three wheels turned and one was locked up, have not moved it again but assume those three will free up again. It did run and drive when we bought it.
We have not started it but assume with a carb cleaning it will start back up. If we get time and have serious interest we can address that.
The car is rust free and in excellent condition with the exception of the
following- prior owner scuffed a few areas behind rear wheels when he hauled it in a golf cart trailer that wasn't quite wide enough, photos show those areas. When we moved it recently the engine cover by the license plate was slightly damaged when the car came down the trailer ramps, shown in photos. Interior perfect with exception of one small cut in center of front seat bottom, shown in photos.
The yellow color is best represented in the first picture where we had good natural light.
The other photos are in our garage and lighting isn't optimal. There are light reddish orange flames on the sides. The original hardtop was replaced with a vinyl tonneau type cover with wood bows. The vinyl shrank slightly while cover was unsnapped so a couple of the front snaps are hard to close but the vinyl is soft and pliable so on a warm day
without much trouble. Comes with one spare wheel and tire. There's also a passenger side mirror that was apparently taken off during restoration so you could put it back on if you wanted.
Very nice car that can be show ready pretty quick for this summer.
Asking $10,000. Can provide additional information and photos upon request.
