This 1969 Pontiac Grand Prix Model J is finished in Green with a matching Green interior and retains the long-hood, formal-roof styling associated with the first-year Grand Prix redesign. It was factory equipped as a special-order 428 HO automatic car, with production documentation showing 989 examples built in this configuration. The original 428 HO engine has been bored and stroked to 467 cubic inches and fitted with fuel injection while retaining the correct exhaust manifolds.
The body, chrome trim, glass, and interior show well overall, with light visible wear consistent with the age of the car. The cabin retains its factory-style seating, dash layout, tachometer and gauge package, while the exterior is complemented by Pontiac Rally wheels and period-style white-letter tires.
