Classic Car Overview

Only 2,700 miles on a body off frame restoration with upgrades! Its a looker, not everyone needs to have a Camaro, this Firebird stands out! You will appreciate the a/c, power steering and power 4 wheel disc brakes as your cruising comfy in those TMI sport seats and turning heads with the glossy hugger orange paint rolling on 17 inch Rally IIs! EXTERIOR: I really think this bird has it going on! The lines, scooped hood, eye grabbing paint and a great stance sitting on modern Rally IIs really make it easy on the eyes. The body is clean and straight! The Hugger Orange is polished like glass. Upfront fits great, chrome is shiny, the rubber is not damaged. In back it has a rear spoiler and a new bumper. New windshield, vinyl top and the moldings are straight and shiny. 17 inch billet wheels cut just like the Rally IIs even have correct center caps. They are wearing performance sneakers. INTERIOR: Great looking TMI custom seats front and back, they also feel much better than the originals. It has deluxe molded door panels, fresh looking carpet with embroidered mats and a fresh headliner with a working dome light. The dash area is clean and has wood grain that matches the factory console. It has a clock in the dash with the addition of a tachometer in the column and oil-temp gauges under the dash. A retro stereo fits in the dash and plays through kick panel speakers and 6x9s in back. The factory steering wheel is on a tilt column. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Strong running 400 motor rebuilt by Paolo Engine Service. It has aluminum Edelbrock heads and intake under that Pontiac blue paint. It also has Ram Air exhaust manifolds, MSD ignition and an Edelbrock carbs with electric choke. A Vintage Air heat and a/c system keeps the passengers cool and an aluminum radiator with electric fan keeps the engine cool. It also features power steering and power brakes. All the components look fresh and proper. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and the jamb is painted nicely. The weatherstrip was replaced. Inside is solid with a durable spatter finish. It has a custom cut carpet mat with bound edges. UNDERSIDE: The body was removed from the chassis. The front end steering and suspension was completely rebuilt. Upgraded sway bars front and back, gas shocks at all four wheels. A set of frame connectors tie the front to the back to prevent twisting. The rear springs and bushings were replaced. It has an all stainless custom exhaust with X-Pipe and transverse muffler. The fuel system has been replaced including the tank and lines. It has been upgraded with disc brakes at all four wheels. The lines were replaced, e-brake is hooked up. Looking up at the motor it is clean Pontiac blue with a high torque starter. The Turbo 400 automatic trans has been rebuilt and the rebuilt drive shaft leads back to the rear end. The underbody is all painted gloss hugger orange. The chassis is semi-gloss black. Its looking good! SERVICE: We thoroughly inspect and service each of our cars. We replaced a fuse, now the clock works. We rewired the tachometer, replaced the glove box light socket and switch, installed rear leaf spring pads, changed the power steering fluid, repaired the grounds and sockets for right rear brake light and replaced the rollers on the left rear window. I really like this Firebird, really, I do! It has the features we want and the looks that will turn heads. Dont tell the Camaro guys I said this, but I think I like it because it is not a Camaro. Different in a good way! For nearly 30 years, I, Jay Grams, have personally written the highlights for almost every car in our collection. What I provide is my professional opinion based on my experience with these vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always available to answer any questions you may have. One great option is to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase the car and share our teams insights. Our cars are displayed within a museum setting. If you are interested in a specific vehicle, please schedule an appointment with a salesperson to view it. Without an appointment, there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you decide to purchase a car, your admission will be refunded, and youll receive a one-year museum membership. 815 385 3644 9-5 central Sales@volocars.com Answered ASAP Air conditioning Power brakes 4 wheel disc Power steering TMI seats Deluxe door panels Tilt deluxe wheel Factory Clock Tachometer Gauges Retro stereo Scooped hood Rear spoiler Vinyl top Rally II wheels
