Classic Car Overview

Offered here is the actual 1969 Ford Mustang Coupe with Mach 1 styling driven by Tommy Egan (Joseph Sikora) throughout the hit STARZ television series Power from 2014-2020. More than just transportation, Tommys Acapulco Blue Mustang became an extension of his personality - loud, unapologetic, intimidating, and unforgettable. It remains one of the most recognizable television cars of the last decade and is instantly identifiable to millions of Power fans around the world.

Accompanied by its official STARZ Certificate of Authenticity and original STARZ production registration, this Mustang carries documented television provenance that few screen-used vehicles can claim. It represents an opportunity to own a genuine piece of television history while still enjoying everything enthusiasts love about a classic 1969 Mustang. Unlike promotional replicas or tribute builds, this is the documented screen-used production vehicle driven on camera throughout the STARZ series Power.

Throughout the series, Tommy was fiercely protective of this Mustang, rarely allowing anyone else behind the wheel. During one of Powers most unforgettable moments in Season 6, the car is riddled with bullets during an assassination attempt before ultimately being restored by Ghost as a final gesture to Tommy, cementing its place as one of the shows most iconic symbols. As a reminder of that pivotal scene, blood spatter used during filming remains preserved on the original headliner of the car today. While the seats have since been professionally reupholstered for preservation and presentation, the original seat upholstery bearing blood spatter from the production is included with the sale, providing an extraordinary piece of documented screen-used television memorabilia.

Adding another fascinating chapter to this Mustangs story, the factory VIN and data plate identify this as an original R-code Cobra Jet Mustang, one of Fords highest-performance offerings for 1969. It left Fords assembly plant equipped with the legendary 428 Cobra Jet Ram Air V8, C6 Select-Shift automatic transmission, and Traction-Lok rear axle. While the drivetrain has since been changed to a rebuilt 302 V8, its documented R-code heritage further elevates the remarkable history behind this already iconic screen-used television Mustang.
