Classic Car Overview

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa presents this sharp 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1! This Stratto Blue Mach 1 is a sight to behold. Blacked out hood with hood scoop Magnum 500 wheels rear louvers and wing with a front splitter; this Stang hits ALL the Mach 1 must haves. And the Ice cream on the cake is the 390ci V8 under the hood backed by a C6 trans and 3.25 rear end. The body is great shape with no rust and great body fitment. Inside White Clarion seats with black dash and carpet and the prerequisite center console really make this car pop. The car comes with a Marti Report revealing originally it was Lime gold over white with a 390 V8. The seller reports the car has the original drivetrain and provided a three-ring binder stuffed full of receipts and documents of the restoration. Those same Docs reveal the engine was bored 30 over with bigger pistons and the original heads received new valves springs and lifters. A new Howard Cam and 750 cfm Holly were also tossed in the mix. The original trans was rebuilt and blessed with heavy duty parts plus an 1800 stall converter. The original radiator was retained but re-cored and the original 9 rear remains as well. The list of reconditioned or replaced parts is extensive and can be provided upon asking. In summary this 1969 Ford Mustang is a remarkable Mach 1 in great condition that can serve as a daily or a show piece and the price is right! Give us a call before its gone!
