This car was built on April 3, 1969 - 15 days ahead of schedule. It traveled from the plant in Dearborn to Florida where it purchased new on May 15, 1969 at JD Ball Ford Inc. At a later point in its life, ownership transferred to a private collection in Southern California. We acquired it from the California based collection.
