Classic Car Overview
1969 Ford Bronco 4x4 For Sale
Norway Green 302 V8 Holley Sniper EFI AOD Automatic Vintage Air
This 1969 Ford Bronco 4x4 combines the unmistakable styling of an early Bronco with a thoughtfully upgraded drivetrain, chassis, interior, and comfort features designed to make it far more enjoyable to drive.
Finished in beautiful Norway Green with a tan canvas soft top, Wimbledon White steel wheels, and a distinctive Empire Tan and plaid interior, this Bronco has a classic, period-inspired appearance while hiding a long list of modern upgrades underneath.
Power comes from a 302ci Ford small-block V8 equipped with Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection and upgraded electronic ignition. The V8 is paired with an AOD automatic transmission and a dual-range 4x4 transfer case, providing a much more relaxed driving experience both around town and at highway speeds.
A Champion aluminum radiator with electric cooling fans helps manage engine temperatures, while Sanderson headers give the 302 a great V8 sound. Fuel is supplied by a 23-gallon EFI-compatible tank with a Holley Easy Level fuel sender.
The drivetrain includes a Ford 9-inch rear axle with a nodular iron case and 3.55:1 gearing along with a Dana 44 front axle.
During the build, the chassis was blasted and powder coated and fitted with a 2.5-inch suspension lift using new suspension components. Borgeson power steering makes the Bronco considerably easier to maneuver, while four-wheel power disc brakes provide upgraded stopping capability.
The interior blends vintage Bronco character with modern comfort. Empire Tan vinyl seating features Thropehee Beige plaid inserts, complemented by German square-weave brown carpeting. A Mark 7 Woody billet steering wheel sits on an Ididit tilt steering column, while Dakota Digital VHX instrumentation provides modern, easy-to-read information behind a classic-looking dash.
Vintage Air SureFit air conditioning adds welcome comfort, and the upgraded audio system includes an Alpine head unit, Rockford Fosgate speakers, and a Tuffy Deluxe stereo center console. A Painless Performance wiring harness and Slow Dim interior lighting are additional upgrades.
A Wimbledon White Pauls Custom roll bar is fitted with front and rear three-point seat belts, adding both functionality and a great visual contrast against the Norway Green exterior.
