A Malibu with some SS accents and only a few hundred miles since a complete frame-off restoration. This Glacier Blue Chevelle combines show-quality looks with modern performance and comfort. The body is clean, straight, and rust-free.
The dash features an SS gauge cluster with working tach and clock. Vintage Air climate control provides modern heat and A/C, and a retro-style bluetooth stereo maintains a classic look. A Hurst 4-speed shifter completes the classic muscle car feel.
Under the hood is a 400 cubic inch small block V8 estimated at 400 horsepower. It features an aluminum intake, dual-feed carb, HEI ignition, and headers. The car also has a Vintage Air system, new power front disc brake setup with cadmium plated booster, aluminum radiator, and all new accessories including alternator, wiper motor, fuel pump, and power steering. Power is delivered through a Muncie M-21 4-speed transmission with new Hurst linkage to a 10-bolt rear end with 3.55 gears built for the highway.
The chassis and suspension have been completely rebuilt with tubular control arms, heavy-duty front sway bar, new shocks and bushings, and brakes. A Pypes 2.5-inch exhaust with X-pipe, stainless mufflers, and SS tips delivers a deep, clean sound. The fuel system, including the tank, has been replaced. The underside is solid, clean, and nicely detailed.
The trunk is finished with new weatherstrip, mat, and matching tire cover, and includes the jack and spare.
