1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS

This 1969 Chevelle really stands out from all of the rest with its desirable factory color, code 71 LeMans Blue with the factory white SS stripes running down both sides The body is straight from every angle and the fit and finish is excellent. The paint is very smooth and glossy. The front bumper, grill bezels, SS emblems, door handles, mirrors and lenses have all been replaced. In the back there are all new trim and emblems. The rear bumper looks good as well. It has all new door seals and weather seals. This Chevelle sits on a set of SS wheels with BFG T/A radials.
The engine compartment is nicely detailed with its-correct JA code 396 ci/325 hp motor, casting number 3955272, factory chrome valve covers and factory snorkel air cleaner with chrome lid. It also features power front disc brakes, power steering, correct fuel line with factory style fuel filter, 4 core aluminum radiator and factory fan shroud. The engine compartment is nicely painted with a satin black finish.
The black interior is in good shape and the headliner is newer. There are new sill plates, door panels and armrests, newer window cranks and door handles. The dash looks good and sports a retro AM/FM radio. It has a Hurst 4-speed shifter coming up out of the floor with correct shift boot and retainer. It has a set of aftermarket Chevelle floor mats, factory seat belts front and back.
The undercarriage is all clean metal. The front suspension and steering components look good. Looking up at the motor it is very clean and so is the Muncie M21 4-speed transmission. That throaty rumble comes from a 2.5 dual exhaust system that runs out the back with the correct cowbell tips. It features a 12 bolt 3:31 posi rear end. It has upgraded Hotchkis boxed in control arms and rear sway bar. It has a newer gas tank and straps. The E-brake assembly is complete and working.
