The Chevrolet Chevelle is one of the most iconic muscle cars around.
Chevrolet introduced the Chevelle in 1963 as a 1964 model. Though quite large by today's standards, it was classified as a midsize car. What wasn't midsize was the level of passion garnered from the very beginning, a passion that has continued for decades.

Whether its the 66 with the simpler lines that were very similar to the GTO, or the 72 that was very muscular looking and had a natural forward rake, this Chevelle may have you questioning what year your favorite is. If the 1969 is your favorite year anyway, pick that phone up and give us a call! This is a gorgeous car thats been properly restored, very tastefully modified, and finished in the factory correct LeMans Blue over a black interior. This is an awesome car that is worthy of any Chevelle fans consideration. Despite the way the car is badged, this Chevelle has a 454 engine that was bored out to a displacement of 468ci. Theres no replacement for displacement right? This car makes all the right noises, and pumps out a lot of power. An FI Tech fuel injection system was installed, and sits neatly under the 396 V8 badged air cleaner. Even at a quick glance, it is obvious that the engine is more than a 396 - the big aluminum valve covers give that away pretty quickly. Other engine highlights include an Edelbrock intake manifold, headers, and a 12 bolt 3.73 rear end. The underside of the car is clean and solid and from that vantage point the tubular control arms, headers, TCI Automotive transmission pan, and exhaust with turned down tips that end just before the new fuel tank. Properly restored, this cars body panels are solid and line up as they should. As we mentioned earlier, the car is finished in the color it left the Baltimore production plant wearing, LeMans Blue. Horizontal Yenko-style white stripes add a little hint that theres more than meets the eye in this Chevelle. All the details are there and are in great condition from the trim, to the bumpers, to the factory correct SS 396 badging. (Even if there isnt a 396 under the hood.) A forward rake that looks to be just a little more extreme than stock, and a Moroso kill switch are the only outwardly noticeable modifications to the exterior. Going along with the factory look with tasteful modifications build style, the interior offers a few mods mixed in with the factory styling. The first noticeable items that are not stock are the AutoMeter gauges and shift light which are carefully mounted on a brand new dashboard. The rest of the interior retains factory styling although according to the trim tag, the car left the factory with cloth bucket seats rather than vinyl. A Custom AutoSound radio with AUX port provides tunes, although you may go quite a long time without even touching the radio as the sound of the engine is better than hearing classic bands like Foghat on the radio. There may not be much of a SlowRide in this Chevelle. Now that weve got that classic rock song in your head, and you may even be thinking of your younger days, take some time to consider this classic muscle car for your garage. Whether your favorite Chevelle body style is a 1969 or not, this car could quickly change your mind, and we guarantee that one drive in this car will put a smile on your face.
