We just got in this stunning 1969 Camaro RallySport RESTO-MOD Purchased from a longtime car collector and builder who restored this car for himself to cruise and show. He finished the Frame-Off restoration earlier this year and like most builders/restores, they start another build but found that he had to sell this one to fund the next, so he contacted us to come take a look. Man!! One look at this car and its build and we had to have it!! So... we struck up a deal and bought it! CHECK IT OUT!!!
This car is the result of a meticulous and extensive nut & bolt Frame-Off restoration where no corners were cut and where everything was replaced brand spanking new! The body is super straight, super solid and super clean including the floors, trunk and frame and everything under this car was replaced NEW!! For example, One-piece floor and trunk, New Steering-New Suspension-New Brake system & lines- New Fuel system & lines-New Exhaust system. NEW-NEW-NEW!! And its all painted and detailed correct! The car was painted in really cool,Hot Rod Black with a little clear mixed in to give it some shine and IT LOOKS AWESOME!! It also has a new black vinyl top that breaks it up and looks really cool. Every piece of chrome, every piece of trim and weather-stripping has been replaced new as well as most of the tinted glass too. The fit and finish are second to none and the car truly looks AMAZING!!
The standard white bucket seat interior is also completely new including the seats, door panels, carpets, headliner, dash pad and instrument cluster as well as the factory center console with correct staple shifter but best of all is that everything works as it should! Lights, Signals, Wipers, Heater, Speedo, Gas Gauge. EVERYTHING! It is all VERY-VERY NICE!!
Powered by a 2006 Chevy 5.3 litre 303+h.p. fuel injected V-8 engine that had less then 20,000 miles when pulled and installed. It runs smooth and strong and sounds awesome breathing thru new Dougs shorty headers and new FlowMaster dual exhaust. It is backed up by a rebuilt TH-350 automatic transmission that shifts crisp and firm and a 12 bolt posi rear with 3:31 gears.
Other features include power steering, power disc brakes (front only) Champion aluminum radiator Detroit Speed electric hide-a-way headlights, 20rear & 18front US Mag Rambler wheels and so much more!!
This is a super nice car with an over-the-top build! It shows brand new everywhere you look but best of all it runs and drives every bit as nice as it looks!! ABSOLUTELY NO DISAPPOINTMENTS!!
