1969 Chevy Camaro RS/SS. This Camaro was purchased by the owner in early 2015 and performance modified to his specifications over a period of 2 years while in his possession. Unfortunately, his passing in early 2024 has prompted this sale by this family. It is a monster street racer with over $66,000 in performance modifications. 

It has a Chevy 454 big block V8 that has been bored out to a 468 with a Chevy Turbo 400 automatic transmission. The rear differential has also been upgraded to handle the torque and power generated by the drive train. Sorry, I do not know the rear differential brand or specs.

A remote fuel cell was installed in the trunk and a Hotchkis TVS stage 2 suspension kit was added as illustrated in the photos. New Wilwood disc brakes and power braking system adds to the stopping power of this hot rod.

In addition: added serpentine belt conversion and an aluminum "Ron Davis" race radiator with electric cooling fans. A custom performance exhaust was fabricated specifically for this car. Please note that it has a DeMon 4 barrel carburetor and Edelbrock powder coated headers. New KC LED headlights were added along with a fresh set of BF Goodrich Sport Comp 2 tires that have never been abused or tested.

Note that the interior is in overall good condition and sports a roll cage that is welded to the chassis. All gauges function as they should  with added tachometer, oil and water temp. R.J.S. three point racing harness were added to the interior

The custom paint color is more of a metallic burnt orange or red that changes hue with the lighting. There are some imperfections in the paint, but the body is solid and without rot, rust or body filler.

It is unfortunate that the owner unexpectedly passed away and was unable to enjoy his project. I pray the next owner picks up where he left off.
