Classic Car Overview
The car has all 4 "Cocktail Shakers". The alternator has been upgraded to a high output Powermaster OEM look with built in voltage regulator and the charging wire was upgraded with a higher gauge also. Seatbelts were replaced with quality aftermarket reproductions and many interior trim pieces including the dash were replaced to look new. Foil backed insulation was installed on front floorboards under the carpet when the vintage air was being installed. Passenger side mirror was not equipped originally and was added by me. Paint still looks very good. The Oil Cooler inserts on the hood, while perfect when I purchased the car, are now showing signs of oxidation and some of the satin black paint coming off. (Please see pics) There has not been bubbling or anything with any areas of the paint since I have owned it. Has vintage air that needs some tinkering to fix issues with compressor. QA1 Front shocks for the perfect stance. Some rust has developed on the valve covers and brake booster/master cylinder due to car going from my garage to a lean to.
You are dealing with an honest broker, and I will tell you every little or big thing I know to be wrong with the car. Drove the car down to Crusin' the Coast in Mississippi for most of the last 6/7 years Upgraded radiator /fans
Partial VIN behind heater box was verified when removing and installing new components for vintage air. Mileage is unknown. Car is a X66 Big Block car based on Cowl Tag Info.
Trunk area is very nice with no rust that I am aware of. The passenger side rear panel has a part that is damaged that Dropps down a little bit. I missed this when I purchased the car so I am not sure how it happened. I have an extra factory piece available to purchase by the buyer only if they are interested.
Th car has it'd fair share of paint chips, scrapes etc. There is a crack in the trim near the passenger front headlight.
The car was originally a non console 4 speed and I added the console and gauges and swaped out the factory clock for the Tachometer. ( The speedometer needle jumps around a bit when driving and the tach needle seems to get stuck on 3k RPM regularly ). Horn works (Replaced Horns with Aftermarket GM Replicas) , Turn Signals Work, Brake Lights, both head lamps and parking lights work . Engine Temp sense in new gauge cluster seems to read very low (But haven't attempted to diagnose with mechanic) The car is wired for an amp/subs in the trunk. With the top up or down, this car has one of the best sounding stereos of any of my cars. I may leave the amp, but you will need to buy your own 6x9's for back seat and Subs for the trunk. It's time to pass the torch on this very nice car. Brakes were serviced and repaired recently. I drove the car last night for about 30 miles with highway/city driving and they worked perfectly. Front disc /rear drum setup. Email me 1st to get contact info so we can text. I'm not going to respond to a bunch of people that don't have the Fianacial means to purchase the car. Mainly interested in selling, but I might consider the following vehicles in very good shape for trade: 1969 Big Block or possibly small block Camaro with Auto Trans, 1970-1972 Monte Carlo, Non TBI Chevy or GMC Suburban 1500/2500 4x4, or Chevy /GMC K20 4x4. I'll add more info on the car as it comes to me. I can text or email you any additional photos or videos you require. I am located near Hattiesburg, MS 39401
