Classic Car Overview

This Chevrolet Camaro is an original L78 SS convertible and is considered one of the most sought-after high-performance versions of the 1969 model year.  The Camaro features the highly desirable SS package and includes the potent L78 396 “Turbo-Jet” big-block engine producing an impressive 375 horsepower.  The nicely detailed period-correct engine puts the power to the pavement via a numbers-matching M-21 four-speed manual transmission as well as a factory 12-bolt rear axle with 4.10 ratio.  Only 4,889 L78 Camaros’ were produced during the 1969 model year making it one of the more collectible high-performance models.  Factory options include black power convertible top, power front disc brakes, posi-traction rear axle, and center console equipment to name a few.  The convertible looks amazing in its LeMans Blue finish with the iconic black super sport hockey stripes making it the perfect car for local cruise nights and car shows.  The black power top goes down to reveal front bucket seats and an interior in black vinyl upholstery.  In superb “just restored” condition the Camaro has only 94 miles on the odometer since its comprehensive restoration.  Certified by Camaro Hi-Performance this Super Sport Convertible is in great physical as well as mechanical shape and is ready for immediate use this summer!!  Don’t miss the chance to own a truly immaculate example of a very highly desirable muscle car!
