Classic Car Overview

EXTERIOR: Beautiful Cortez silver. The metal flake is laid out evenly, it has a glossy clear coat finish. Z-28 stripes are painted on properly, you can barely feel them. Has metal cowl hood. All the trim and chrome has been replaced. It has the exterior trim package which includes wheel well trim, rain gutters and 1/4 louvers. Has correct antenna. All the glass was replaced. Jambs are tidy, weatherstrips and sill plates are replaced. Same as a Z, it has 15 inch Rally wheels. BFG tires look new. INTERIOR: Has the really good looking houndstooth deluxe seats. The door panels, armrests, handles, dash pad, headliner, carpet have been replaced. The best part is that Hurst shifter sitting there between the seats. Nothing like shifting a 4-speed in a vintage Camaro! Features include new deluxe wheel and a retro stereo. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has a reliable GM crate motor. A 350 with 330 hp/380 lbs of torque. It uses the newer Vortec heads, an adapter was used to fit the Z-28 style finned valve covers. Has Edelbrock intake and carb. The compartment is actually very neat and proper. The motor is neatly painted Chevy orange. Wiper motor, master cylinder, fan shroud etc looks new. Features include power steering and brakes. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Clean trunk with gray spatter paint. New weatherstrip. UNDERSIDE: The body was removed from the frame for restoration. A one piece floorplan was installed. Brakes were redone. Brake hoses and lines replaced. E-brake system is complete. Gas tank replaced. Nice sounding dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. The 69 Camaro is one of the best looking cars. Make it Cortez silver with stripes, spoilers, cowl hood, all the trimmings and leave off the ugly vinyl top- you will have a hot car. Wait, thats this car!
