1968 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40

Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com This 1968 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 is a US Spec, 3 owner Land Cruiser that spent its life in Colorado. It was selectively restored but still retains all of its original metal and was left Stock. The last owner kept it at his summer vacation home in vail the last 18 years and drove it very little. He purchased from the 2nd owner who had it repainted in its original color of Capri Blue which you can still see in the original engine compartment. The repaint is excellent and the white paint on the hard top appears to be original. The bumpers were restored and repainted and there are new window seals. The front seats appear to be original and are still in excellent condition. The rear bench seats have been recovered. The underside of this FJ40 still looks amazing, is super solid, and is all original. Everything is working as it should on this Land Cruiser. The headlights, taillights, brake lights, and blinkers are all working. The gauges all work. The front and rear heat are both working. The windshield wipers and horn are working. It even has the original radio under the steering wheel that powers on, bu there are no speakers hooked up. Pretty cool. There is a soft top and doors that come with this vehicle along with a car cover. Mechanically this Land Cruiser is excellent. It start easily and runs and drives down the road excellent!! The engine is the original F1 3.9L straight 6 that runs strong and smooth with no issues or red flags that we found. The engine is all original and even has the original smog pump still working. It has the J30 3 Speed manual transmission as it would have come from the factory (3 on the tree) that shifts nice with a strong clutch. It is mated to the Toyota Transfer Case and the 4WD works like it should. The axles have 4.10 gears from the research we have done. It is rare to find a US FJ40 in this condition!!
