1968 Pontiac Firebird Convertible

Maxmotive is proud to offer this stunning 1968 Firebird convertible. The current owner has been the caretaker of this classic since 2011. The Firebird has been impeccably cared for, with all sorts of documentation to back up the work. The documentation and receipts on this Firebird are immense, please contact us and we will be happy to share them with you. The body was stripped down, convertible top removed, and once the body work was completed, the Firebird was sprayed a stunning Aqua Blue Metallic. There was a new convertible top added at the same time of the paint and body work. The engine and transmission were removed, rebuilt, and completed in 2024. The original engine block (per the owner) was bored over .30. New pistons were paired to a 400 cam. The engine was painted while out as well. The turbo 350 automatic transmission was rebuilt as well at the same time. New long tube headers flow through the Pypes aftermarket mufflers. The underside is just as stunning as the top side. The underside was body worked and painted the same Aqua Blue Metallic as the top side. A new convertible top pump and lines were also added in 2024 at the same time. Aftermarket speakers and radio head unit complete the interior. This lovingly cared for, and beautifully restored Firebird is ready for its next chapter in life.
