1968 Oldsmobile 442 Hurst

1968 Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds. This is car #428 of 515 built and is listed on on the official 1968 Hurst/Olds registry. The documentation on these cars is fortunately very good with the VIN Numbers of all cars recorded by Hurst when these were built. I have copies of all documentation verifying the legitimacy of this car. The car received a very good quality repaint (basecoar/clear)within the last few years in the correct Peruvian Silver with black accents and white pin striping dividing the two colors. I also recently had the trunk lid and all jambs, and the black stripe at the bottom of the car redone to bring it up to the level of the exterior. Has correct period warranty replacement block in it and has alll other components original. Has correct width Diamond Back Whitewall radial tires with the spare being brand new as there was previously an unmatched spare in the car. This is the highest option Hurst you're ever going to find. One of 153 with Factory A/C. In addition it has AM/FM 8-Track with power antenna. Power windows, tilt steering, Rally Pack gauges and get this, a power bucket drivers seat. In my 35 years of searching for this car, I never saw one with all these options. It also includes recently rebuilt power steering box, new sway bar bushings and en pins and recent Flowmaster Super 40 mufflers for a sweet rumble.
