Classic Car Overview

This one owner of 56 years was my parents. I want to provide some College Money for my Nephews by selling this rare W113 1968 Mercedes 280sl. This car has been garaged with climate controls for the total time that we had it. I am a former worker on American Hot Rod 2007. Car was painted and tuned up by 3 of us featured on the show. It has painstaking detail and original parts that you will not find on any Pagoda including the original Koolmeister Air-conditioning stock that my Mother enjoyed since she Married my Father and received the car as a wedding gift. Everything works and has been taken extremely good care and Becker original radio also. From what Donna tells me that the Top was never changed since her wedding. I replaced the Soft top with a high quality German Material woven to original specs. Seat covers are new also. Engine runs very well and has a very nice patina all original parts. The rear axel is a period correct W108 3.7 gear ratio with all new bushings. Donna (Mom)always asked why her car revved high but now it purrs down the freeway at 80 like everyone else!
