Summit Classics has found another piece of classic art, the 1968 Mustang Shelby GT 500 Fastback (63B) equipped with the 428 Cubic inch Police Interceptor C7ME-A and factory Ford 4 speed manual transmission (Code 5) and factory 9 positraction 3.50 ratio rear end (Code 8).

Additional features include factory power steering and factory power front disc brakes. The exterior, interior and underside are all extremely clean and done to factory specs.  Also features the roll bar and am radio, gauges , shoulder harness, extra cooling package, Visibility group, Interior décor group and Tilt wheel.  Be sure to check out all the photos.

The 428 CI engine comes with factory 4 barrel intake manifold and correct factory Holley 4 barrel carburetor, factory air cleaner assembly and factory Shelby aluminum valve covers.   We just completed a compression test in our shop and can report 195psi to 200psi across the board.

This mid west US original car has the original floors.  This timeless Shelby rides on Shelby 10 spoke Aluminum wheels and BF Goodrich T/A radial tires.   Also included is the Marti report, original owners manuals.
