Classic Car Overview
1968 FORD MUSTANG FASTBACK
302 V8 engine paired with a 4-speed manual transmission
This mustang has a nice vintage look, but with some modern functionality and conveniences. It was acquired in late 2020 from a longtime owner (30+ years) and then several upgrades were installed during 2021, which included the following new items:
-Wilwood high performance disc brakes (front and rear), master cylinder and brake lines
-RideTech Coil Over suspension system (front and rear)
-Fuel tank and fuel lines
-Holley carburetor (rebuilt in January 2025)
-Battery (replaced in February 2025)
-Alternator
-Voltage regulator
-Custom crossover dual exhaust
-Custom 18" satin charcoal and brushed U.S. Mags wheels wrapped in Nitto tires with wheel locks
-Classic Instruments Velocity Series White 5-Gauge Dash Cluster with Scott Drake Black Instrument Bezel
-EPAS electric power steering
-Tilt steering column with 13.5" wood and brushed stainless steel steering wheel
-RetroSound Bluetooth Radio w/ SiriusXM capability, USB/AUX input, and microphone for handsfree conversations
-Kick panel speakers
-Headliner
-Clutch
-Shift knob
-Mustang floor mats (front and rear)
-Carpet in the trunk
581 miles driven since the build was completed. Previous odometer read approx. 43,000 miles. According to the previous owner, this mustang was garage-kept for the last 30+ years, and I've continued that trend. There is a very small dent on the driver side rear panel (hardly noticeable) and some minor dings here and there (for example, some very small door dings and another small ding near the hood on the passenger side) that you have to get up close to notice, but overall she is in good condition, runs and sounds great, and turns heads. Clean Texas title in hand.
