Connected to the period-correct 428 Cobra Jet R-Code motor is a Toploader 4-Speed manual transmission, and a 9 rear end with 389 gearing with Detroit lockers. The rear shocks have been upgraded as well to Viking dual adjustable for a dialed-in suspension adjustment. Chris Alstons power rack and pinion steering, power front disc brakes, MSD digital ignition, functional air induction system, and Fi-Tech fuel injection are just some of the necessary upgrades on this R-code Tribute.
