Classic Car Overview

The body is one hundred percent rust free. During this build, all rust was identified, and the appropriate body panels were replaced as needed. The sheet metal that was replaced includes the front fenders, the top firewall cowl and windshield frame, the driver and passenger floor pans, transmission tunnel, front seat deck and back deck. Additionally, new (and custom) rear wheel tubs were built, new rockers and a new tailgate were installed. This Bronco was painted with Porsche Neptun Blue. The front and Rear bumpers are Impact series steel from Toms Off Road, the front has a Zeon 10k winch, 3 ridged driving lights and we added recovery points to the front and rear bumpers. This Bronco comes with a hardtop with new glass, paint matched to the body.

On the mechanical side, the front and rear axles are Dana Ultimate 60 crate axles with 4.88 gearing and Eaton E-lockers. Front hubs were built with Warn manual locking hubs. The suspension is a full custom build, utilizing WFO brackets and 14inch adjustable, remote reservoir King coil overs on all four corners. The rear is a triangulated four-link, and the front retains the radius arm design seen with the original Broncos. The Curry Anti-Rock sway bar gives this rig amazing street manors. This thing tracks perfectly straight, corners like a sports car.

The steering was built from the ground up with all new components. New Ididit tilt steering column, new Borgeson steering box ported by Redneck Rams. Power steering pump, PSC ram assist and reservoir. Steering linkage was also built using WFO parts including JK rod ends and 2inch DOM for the tie rod. To help stop the 37 tires mounted on Raceline bead locks is a new hydro assist with Willwood master cylinder.

This Bronco is powered by a 302, rebuilt with an RV cam, Holley Sniper and stainless exhaust headers. Power is sent through the NP435 4speed transmission and a Dana 20 transfer case with twin stick. New driveshafts by Tom Woods installed when built. Fuel tank is a 23gal with in tank pump for the fuel injection system.

There is a lot more good stuff to this bronco that what is outlined above, but there are also some items that can be improved. If you are interested, I am open to reasonable offers.
