1968 Dodge Dart GTS

1968 Dodge Dart GTS $30,000 or best offer but don't waste my time with some lowball offer.
I found this car in Florida stored in a garage covered and protected for over 25 years. I have been working on it for almost 2 years when I had time. The car body and interior are just like I found it. It had been restored right before he parked it. His idea was to convert it to a 4 speed on the floor. I have everything you need to do that conversion. The car has a new 340 cid custom built running around 400 hp. The transmission was replaced. I had the rear-end completely rebuilt and the housing came from a 1972 Dodge Charger 8 3/4 with 390 gear ratio. The brake system is all new including the lines. It now has power brakes with front power disk. The radio is like the origional but replaced with a retro radio that looks the same. The interior is near perfect like the pictures shows. The trunk and under the hood are near perfect. All of the glass is good. It was set up to run on a track, so the front end was upgraded with double sway brace support. I have completed rebuilt the dash controls so if you wanted the heater can be hooked back up with all controls working perfect. All of the body work and paint was done before I purchased it. The rims, tires and hubcaps and Lugnut's are all new factory replacements. This car is way above average and is a head turner. The speedometer was never hooked up after the new transmission was installed because they did not want to damage it on the track. It runs great on the road with lots of power. At 69 and 4 major surgeries I am not able to keep playing with the car. My loss is a car you can be proud of. This is a cash sale and must be picked up in person. I will consider a trade for either a 1964 thru 1966 C10 or 1969 C10 to a 1972 C10 pickup but must be like new also, no junk.
