1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS Convertible

This is a "BAD ASS" 68 Camaro RS/SS Convertible that has had a complete custom build, done in "Show Quality" Torch Red with black bumblebee strip, basecoat clearcoat, sanded and wheeled smooth, slick as glass, new canvas convertible top and new window; which is power, new tinted glass throughout, window stainless and top stainless moldings are original in excellent condition, new weather stripping and window felts, new side view mirrors and door handles, wiper arms look like new, new SS ice cube hood inserts, new grill, headlight doors and grill moldings, updated with Detroit Speed electric headlight doors, re-chromed front bumper, new chin spoiler, new emblems, new side marker bezels, rear deck spoiler, new taillight housings and lens, new backup lights, new SS fuel cap, re-chromed rear bumper.

Full custom black interior with black and red houndstooth, dash has been refinished, all new wiring throughout, equipped with power windows, power top, power remote locks, center of dash has been reworked to fit billet AC and heat controls, billet AC center vent, factory side AC dash vents have been replaced, full screen Alpine stereo system - CD, bluetooth, navigation; as well as backup camera, custom kick panel speakers which are leather wrapped; as well as custom rear side speakers, AMP's nice mounted in trunk, nicely updated with Dakota Digital classic look instrumentation with full gauge package and GPS speedo,  IDIDIT chrome steering column with LoKar billet steering wheel, deluxe pedal package, custom front and rear door panels with black and red houndstooth, custom TMI rear seat, front seats are original with custom TMI covers; as well as added bolster for better comfort and handling, custom center console with cup holds, nicely outfitted with factory staple shifter that has been converted to work correctly with the 700R4 overdrive automatic trans; also within console are the power window switches, new carpet, floormats and sill plates, trunk has also been custom upholstered to match.

Under the hood we have a GM Crate 350 motor, 350 horse, Vortec cylinder heads, Edelbrock performer intake, Holley dual feed 4 barrel carb with electric choke, nicely updated with full MSD ignition, billet aluminum serpentine front runner kit with polished pulleys and brackets, aluminum high flow water pump, polished AC compressor and alternator, GM power steering pump, GM performance valve covers and air cleaner, heavy duty radiator with thermostatic controlled electric fan, updated with Quick Steer steering box, power 4 wheel disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors - front are 12 inch rotors with 4 piston calipers, this strong running 350 is backed up with 700R4 overdrive automatic, set of ceramic coated mid-length headers into 2 1/2 inch dual Flowmaster exhaust out the back with stainless tips, front suspension has been nicely updated with full Ridetech suspension package; tubular upper and lower controls arms, 1 1/4 fully adjustable front sway bar, fully adjustable coil overs, rear suspension has also been updated with Ridetech 4 link rear suspension package, fully adjustable coil overs, 10 bolt posi rear with 331 gear, Moser axels, disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors, new stainless fuel tank and sending unit.

Rides on a set of Foose custom billet wheels 18x7.5 up front and 18x9 out back with Toyo Extensa HP's all around.
