Classic Car Overview
This car came to us as a repair of a recovered theft. It did not run and the customer had no idea what it needed or what to do and had no real mechanical ability on how to do it however they did have insurance so we went over the car with the customer and wrote up a pretty big estimate which the insurance company paid! The customer did not want to fix the car and just wanted to move on from it so we made a deal and acquired the car. A day in our shop and we got it running and driving and i must say this car GOT IT GOING ON! Unfortunately, with the work load we have right now the car would sit until we could get to it and that just doesnt make any sense so we are offering it FOR SALE AS-IS CHECK IT OUT!!
This car is an older restoration that looks pretty good from 10 feet away! No real rust and not a bondo bucket but the previous restoration was amateur at best.The paint shines but it does have a few chips/scrapes and minor dings/dents but generally speaking shes not bad and an easy restoration. (no panels needing to be replaced) including the floors or trunk.
The black standard bucket seat is in pretty nice condition only needing a rear package tray and trim,. The seats, carpets, headliner, door panels and headliner are in good condition.
The engine is somewhat a mystery. I know its a 400 smallblock but it has angle plug heads. We pulled a valve cover to inspect and it has roller rockers too. It also seems pretty clean in there like someone in the recently had redone at least the heads. It has a healthy sounding cam, aluminum intake with Edelbrock 4 bbl. carb, headers with Flow Master dual exhaust and an MSD ignition too. It runs really strong and sounds awesome! All this is backed up by a TH400 automatic transmission and a 12 bolt posi rear.
Other features include power steering with tilt column, power disc brakes (front only), adjustable rear Caltrac bars, 15 Weld Pro-star wheels with rear drag radial tires and more!
This really is a pretty nice car but is in need of some TLC and we just dont have the time right now to devote to it so...
