This largely unrestored surviving example was partially restored in 2022. The exterior was refinished in its original factory code CC exterior color, surprisingly only 7% of the 7,199 produced were ordered in white with dual Z28 black stripes, even fewer were optioned with the striking red interior. The MO code 302/290HP engine has been rebuilt with proper documented components and has been certified by Jerry McNeish, the recognized authority on these Z28 cars. A Muncie M21 4-speed manual transmission and 12 bolt rear posi-traction rear axle complete the drivetrain.
